Whole Foods
When my daughter Tressa was younger, she was studying for the annual Iowa Assessment test. She was in the resource section of the practice test when she looked at me and said, “They are asking me where bananas come from.” Knowing they were looking for the type of climate bananas are grown in I thought I would engage her mind into thinking about where they were grown. I replied, “Think hard about it Tress, where do bananas come from?” She said in exasperation, “I don’t know, Whole Foods.”
Whole Foods is our local health food store but real whole foods are the keys to superior health. Whole foods can have a dramatic impact in your life. Whole foods can give you more energy, improving the quality of your skin and hair; basically whole foods can make you feel like a million bucks.
