Great accomplishments begin with some type of vision or dream, however to reach your goals, you must have the belief that you CAN do it. Commitment is an indispensable key to the success of your program. Ask yourself:
1. What do I really want to accomplish in the area of my health?
2. How am I going to do this?
3. Am I committed to do “whatever” it takes to have success in this area?
4. Am I going to speak words of encouragement to myself everyday to ensure my success?
